Stafford Town U13’s 2 Stafford Rangers Juniors 3 The U13's played today at home against Stafford Rangers Juniors. A hard fought; well contended first half saw the home side come in trailing by the odd goal in 3 at half time. The 2nd half was a close fought encounter that saw Stafford Town equalise early on, with a well taken goal by Jeremy White, only to concede from a late controversial free kick - final score being 3 - 2 to Stafford Rangers Juniors. Man of the match was Stafford Town's goalkeeper - Daniel Purle. Stafford Town U13's Boys 9 Stafford Town Panthers 5 The game started off with Stafford Town scoring then the boys put another 2 past Panthers before they scored 2 past Town boys at half time the score was 5-5. In the second half Town boys came out fighting back and scored 4 more past Panthers. It was a good game both teams played well. Goal scorers for Town Boys were Oliver Millward 2, Joshua Sutton 3, Josh Myatt 3, and Jake Meara 1. Stafford Town U13s 1 Perkins FC 8 Stafford Town scored the first goal and were all over Perkins in the first 20 minutes then Perkins scored making it 1-1 and the heads of Town boys dropped which Perkins took advantage of and the game ended with Town losing 8-1. Goal score Josh Myatt. Stafford Town U13s 3 AFC Stone 10 AFC started strongly scoring in first few minutes, Town took the first half to wake up. In the second half Town came back well scoring 3 goals, 2 from Jake Greenhall, 1 from Joshua Sutton deserving more good effort by all but left it too late.
